Generally the most convenient way to send to someone copies of documents you have in a document management system is by sending a ZIP file but if for some reason paper copies are required to be sent you can generate a PDF which you can then print on paper.
If you are sending selected paper copies of documents at the request of someone who has already received copies as a ZIP file then it should be obvious to the recipient what they are but if the recipient for some reason will not accept a ZIP file of documents so that all they will have will be the paper copies you send them it is good practice to number the hardcopy so that each document can be matched with its entry on the accompanying paper document list, and also so that the recipient can check that no pages have been missed out. The numbers do not need to be large: indeed it is better if they are small as the copy documents you send may eventually be scanned in and be incorporated in an eBundle with its own numbering. Select an option to have the numbers printed in 10pt bottom centre.

Any explanation about naming conventions or other matters in the context of legal procedure is only an overview and in order to be reasonably concise I have had to leave some details out - details which are likely to affect what the procedural law would say about your own situation. Also, even as an overview, the information will not be applicable to every case as procedures vary between different courts and other tribunals and any tribunal may give alternative procedural directions in an individual case. So please do not rely on the above but contact me for advice.
