Areas of Legal Expertise

Every barrister has certain areas which they specialise in, usually within one of the three broad types of law: Civil Law, Criminal Law, and Family Law. I practise in Civil Law concentrating on:

  • Property Law - the rights of owners or property, especially freehold land

  • Contract Law - the law governing agreements, usually agreements for the provision of goods or services, or agreements not to do something (restrictive covenants)
