Make sure Apply Continuous Display Order is NOT ticked
Set Bookmark Description Source (Section) to Description
Set Bookmark Description Source (Document) to Source Code
and enter a Bookmark Description Source Code (Document) of @Customtext p@PageStart. @Description (@Date)
