John Antell - Barrister


Based at King's Bench Chambers, John Antell represents clients in the High Court - Business and Property Courts - in London and Bristol, at the Upper Tribunal - Lands Chamber, and in the First-tier Tribunal - Property Chamber (Land Registration) and County Court throughout southern England, as well as on appeals in the Upper Tribunal - Chancery, Court of Appeal (Civil Division), and Supreme Court.

Most of his work concerns private rights of way
adverse possession, and restrictive covenants frequently cases where a court injunction is needed to force someone to remove an obstruction placed on a right of way or stop someone building in breach of a restrictive covenant.

He is a member of the Chancery Bar Association, the Property Bar Association, the Technology and Construction Bar Association and the Western Circuit.
