Using Google Street View

You can find an area using http://maps.google.co.uk then drag the yellow Street View man to a particular location on a road to see the Street View images. You should do this on a Windows computer as the Android version is a cut-down version which does not have the historical image facility.

Tap on the clock symbol at the top left and a slide will appear showing the years of the earliest and latest aerial/satellite images available. Move the slide to find the month/year you are interested in.

To save the image, tap on the three vertical dots at the top left and select Print. On the next screen tap Print again and on the next screen select a Destination of Save as PDF (or Save to Google Drive if you want to save direct to Google Drive) and tap Save.
