PDFs note - Making PDF Copies of Emails using MessageExport on a Windows computer

How to make PDF copies of emails in Outlook using MessageExport is shown below

MessageExport is an Outlook add-in and can be downloaded from www.encryptomatic.com/messageexport

Select the messages which you wish to make PDF copies of

Click the MessageExport tab and click the hammer and spanner symbol

Select an Export format of PDF, and choose Export attachments as converted and included content, and click OK

Select Advanced naming schema 

and enter %RDY-%RDM-%RDD  Email at %RTH.%RTM %FN to %T 

then click OK

Click on the MessageExport tab and click Export

Select the target folder for the PDF copies and click OK
