1. Create a temporary Windows folder on your computer called e.g. WORK FOLDER and click and drag the emails from Outlook so that copies appear as MSG files in WORK FOLDER. This click and drag operation does not delete anything in Outlook but just creates copies in WORK FOLDER.
3. If you have further emails to create PDF copies of, delete all the MSG files currently in WORK FOLDER (why?) and click and drag those further emails from Outlook to WORK FOLDER. Then repeat step 2 above.
