John Antell

John Antell appears in civil trials at Truro, Plymouth, Torquay, Exeter, Taunton, Bristol, Bournemouth, Swindon and London and at Lands Tribunal hearings, Land Registry Adjudications and Employment Tribunals at local centres in Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, and sometimes in London. He has a broad civil practice with two specialities: contractual disputes and property disputes.

Contractual disputes range from disputes over services, building work (both commercial and residential) industrial plant and manufactured products, to boats, caravans and cars. Also Consumer Credit Act cases. Employment disputes especially constructive dismissal and restrictive covenants.

Property work includes disputes over rights of way and other easements, nuisance, restrictive covenants, constructive trusts/proprietary estoppel and adverse possession.
