DCS - Share Link to Individual Document Page

If you are sending an email to someone which mentions certain documents you have on a DCS case, and that person is someone, such as your barrister, to whom you have given at least read access to the DCS case, it will save the recipient time if, as you mention each document in your email, you include a link to the document so that the recipient can simply click on the link to see the document (rather than have to search for each document as they read).

Including a link to a specific document is easy. Select Review Evidence to display the screen as shown below and select PAGE at the top to display the page toolbar.

Then select the document you want to provide a link to from the navigation panel on the left hand side and tap the Copy Link button at the top of the screen.

Once you have copied the link you can paste it into your email.
